Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully. They govern your access to and use of LearnAI.

1. Acceptance of terms

  • By accessing or using LearnAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform or services.
  • We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of LearnAI constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use LearnAI. Users under 18 should use the platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

3. Use of the platform

  • LearnAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access courses and content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
  • You may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
  • You may not use the platform to upload harmful code, interfere with our systems, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Course content and instructors

  • Course content is provided by instructors or LearnAI and is intended for educational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee that any course will lead to certification, employment, or specific learning outcomes.
  • Instructors retain ownership of their original content and grant LearnAI the rights necessary to host and distribute it on the platform.

5. Payments and subscriptions

  • All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.

6. Refunds

  • Eligible course purchases may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are not available for completed courses, abused refund requests, or purchases made in violation of these terms.
  • Refund requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method when possible.

7. Intellectual property

  • The LearnAI name, logo, trademarks, and all platform software and design are owned by IRBOETECH CO., LIMITED or its licensors.
  • You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
  • Feedback you provide about the platform may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account and access to LearnAI if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users.
  • You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time through your account settings.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • LearnAI is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
